IT Support Specialist

Sanford Rose is looking for an IT Support Specialist on a temporary basis for a great client of ours in the Rockledge, FL area. This opportunity is great for someone who enjoys the systems and IT part of accounting, is customer service oriented, and enjoys training others., * Respond to and manage support tickets.

• Answer incoming calls and place outbound calls to franchisees.
• Create and maintain user accounts within our ERP system and proprietary mobile work order platform.
• Assist franchisees with basic system questions and troubleshooting.
• Triage and route incoming support requests as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service while working directly with franchise owners and their staff.

• 3+ years of experience in technical support & customer service systems support
• Two-year information technology or accounting degree preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn new business and support systems.
• Comfortable working in a customer support or help desk environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems.
• Previous customer service or IT support experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious).
