Job description

  • Serve as first line support and field incoming requests to the Service Desk via phone, email, and chat/messaging to ensure effective resolution of end user issues.
  • Provide documentation for end user identification information.
  • Establish rapport and provide excellent customer service for Service Desk customers.

Requirements

SYSTEMTEC is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst with 1-2 years of experience. Must have exceptional professional and interpersonal skills., * Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.

  • Foundational knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with common operating systems like Windows and MacOS.
