Job description

Serve as first line support and field incoming requests to the Service Desk via phone, email, and chat/messaging to ensure effective resolution of end user issues.
Provide documentation for end user identification information.
Establish rapport and provide excellent customer service for Service Desk customers.

Requirements

SYSTEMTEC is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst with 1-2 years of experience. Must have exceptional professional and interpersonal skills., * Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.

Foundational knowledge of MS Office applications.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Familiarity with common operating systems like Windows and MacOS.
