Job description
The Director, Network Services is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise network strategy, architecture roadmap, operational excellence initiatives, and technology modernization programs supporting business objectives. Accountable for enterprise-wide network strategy, governance, operations, financial management, vendor relationships, cybersecurity alignment, and service delivery. The scope of the role includes all network and telephony infrastructure.
Organizational Relationships:
Reports to the Vice President, Technology Operations and partners with Executive Leadership, Information Security, Finance, Procurement, Retail Operations, and Technology vendors.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship by the Company., Develop and execute enterprise network strategy and multi-year roadmap.
- Lead network operations across corporate, retail, cloud, telecommunications, and data center environments.
- Establish governance, standards, KPIs, SLAs, and operational excellence frameworks.
- Direct modernization initiatives including SD-WAN, cloud networking, automation, and observability.
- Ensure network resiliency, business continuity, and capacity planning.
- Partner with Information Security to implement network security controls and risk mitigation.
- Lead vendor negotiations, contract management, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and develop a high-performing organization through coaching, succession planning, and workforce development.
- Sponsor strategic enterprise technology programs and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 5-8 Years Hands on Networking/Voice Experience
- 5+ Years in people leadership in large enterprise
- College Degree from Accredited University
- CCNA/CCNE/CCIE certifications preferred

Experience with Cisco Cloud Voice/Contact Center/Zscaler/Palo Alto/Aruba Wireless/Cisco Switching
- Develop and execute enterprise network strategy and multi-year roadmap.
- Lead network operations across corporate, retail, cloud, telecommunications, and data center environments.
- Extensive experience with SASE security solutions like Zscaler (or similar)
- Palo Alto Firewall experience
- Establish governance, standards, KPIs, SLAs, and operational excellence frameworks.

- Ensure network resiliency, business continuity, and capacity planning.
