Job description
In this key position, you will serve as both a technical authority and an engaged business partner. You’ll work directly with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, operations, finance, and engineering to solve complex business challenges, customize core business applications, and drive continuous improvement through the ERP platform., * ERP Administration & Support: Maintain, support, and optimize Infor CSI (SyteLine), Infor Factory Track, and integrated system environments.
- Customization & Development: Develop and modify ERP customizations using .NET and C#; build and update forms, IDOs, and DataViews within SyteLine.
- Database Optimization: Write, maintain, and optimize complex Microsoft SQL Server queries, functions, and stored procedures.
- Business Analysis & Solutions: Partner with end-users to gather operational requirements, streamline business processes, improve efficiencies, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Test, debug, document, and deploy system enhancements following change management practices.
- User Training & Enablement: Provide ongoing user support, technical guidance, and training to foster system adoption across all organizational levels.
- Vendor Collaboration: Partner with external consultants and technology vendors when necessary to execute project milestones.
Requirements
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience) with 5-10+ years of dedicated ERP systems experience.
- Core ERP Expertise: Deep technical knowledge and proven experience supporting, configuring, and customizing Infor CSI / SyteLine and Infor Factory Track.
- Technical Stack Skills:
- Strong hands-on development in .NET / C#.
- Hands-on experience modifying SyteLine forms, IDOs, and DataViews.
- Advanced Microsoft SQL Server skill set (stored procedures, query optimization, indexing).
- Solid mastery of the SyteLine data schema and architecture.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, critical-thinking, and analytical skills; comfortable acting as a technical advisor and trainer.
