JAVA Developer - 17398

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java / Azure Microservices Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and support scalable cloud-native applications in a modern enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong backend development expertise with Java and Spring Boot, hands-on experience building microservices and APIs, and a solid understanding of Azure cloud, containerization, CI/CD, and secure service-to-service communication., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and enterprise services using MuleSoft and modern API design practices.
• Build reliable service-to-service integrations and communications within containerized environments.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure, with hands-on experience in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Azure Container Apps (ACA).
• Design and work with Azure cloud databases, including data modeling and database architecture.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting automated build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using security principals, tokens, OAuth, JWT, and related identity concepts.
• Apply best practices for scalability, performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and cloud-related issues.

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Proven experience designing and developing REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or comparable API/integration platforms.
• Strong understanding of service-to-service communication in containerized environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and/or Azure Container Apps (ACA).
• Experience working with cloud databases in Azure and designing effective data models.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated software delivery.
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization using secure principals, access tokens, and service identities.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to work effectively within a large, enterprise-scale organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
