Requirements

10+ years of experience in technical product management, solutions engineering, platform integrations, or related roles
Strong experience integrating systems through APIs, OAuth, webhooks, SAML, SCIM, and related technologies
Experience working with multiple large language model providers and AI platforms
Ability to understand technical documentation, troubleshoot integrations, and develop prototypes when needed
Experience managing vendor relationships, escalations, and implementation efforts
Strong communication skills with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and delivery plans, * Background within legal technology, financial services, healthcare, consulting, or other regulated industries
Familiarity with enterprise document management platforms
Experience supporting information security, compliance, and data governance reviews
Knowledge of retrieval augmented generation architectures, AI agents, and Model Context Protocol integrations
Experience evaluating emerging AI products and conducting proof of concept initiatives
