Job description
We are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead simulation health, validation, and incident/SEV operations for GM’s enterprise Autonomous Driving Program. - Run and improve the Sim post-mortem / retro process: maintain the schedule, ensure retros use the standard template, convert follow-ups into Sim CTL Jira items, and track to closure.
- Partner with SEO and engineering on the Close the Loop process: ensure complete, high-quality Jira ticket creation, accurate routing, and live tracking of issue resolution.
- Define and maintain KPIs and dashboards for simulation health, SEV/retro follow-through, and CTL progress, and regularly communicate status and risks to stakeholders and leadership., This role is based remotely, but if the selected candidate lives within a specific mile radius of a GM hub, they will be expected to report to the location three times a week {or other frequency dictated by your manager}.
