Experteer Overview In this role, you lead the operationalization of the PACOM J2 IDL to enable a unified intelligence picture for decision-makers across the Pacific. You will align diverse stakeholders, validate integration across services, and ensure robustness in constrained environments. You contribute to national security by coordinating with DIA, CIF JPMO, and theater partners to deliver a trusted, shared intelligence environment. This role offers impactful work at MITRE’s Intelligence Center with a focus on cross-domain collaboration and mission-critical outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Lead IDL operationalization across PACOM JIDC and Service Components * Develop and execute test plans with CIF JPMO and Theater Ops * Coordinate with joint test organizations for validation and verification * Ensure capabilities are robust for limited-communication contexts and cross-sharing across forces * Engage with J2 Leadership, analysts, PACOM HQ staff, CIF JPMO and MITRE to align IDL requirements with mission needs Tasks * Typically requires 10+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s; or PhD with 5+ years; or equivalent * Expertise in object-based systems, tools, datasets, architecture, and intelligence production * Strong understanding of Combatant Command intelligence support and processes * Independent sponsor support experience * Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills * Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance (US Government) and US Citizenship Key requirements * on-site work 5 days a week * competitive salary and benefits * annual incentive payment for eligible employees * Hawaii Rotational Program opportunity * mission-driven culture * professional development opportunities
