Experteer Overview In this role you lead Coca-Cola’s global MarTech and AdTech architecture as chief architect, shaping the vision, standards, and patterns for marketing technology platforms. You’ll mentor a community of Lead and Platform Architects and collaborate across regions to ensure a coherent, scalable, secure architecture. The role blends hands-on coding with strategic governance, driving AI-native frameworks and model governance. You’ll engage executives and partners to enable marketing transformation at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Serve as the chief architect for global MarTech, AdTech, Customer, and Commercial ecosystems * Chair Architecture Review Board and establish global engineering standards and guardrails * Define long-term technology roadmap including deprecation of legacy systems and adoption of modern paradigms * Provide macro-level oversight to resolve major architectural dependencies and remove bottlenecks * Stay hands-on with engineering teams for critical designs, proofs of concept, and coding patterns * Lead the community of Lead and Platform Architects across four domains * Co-create architectural and coding patterns, reference implementations, and paved roads * Review high-risk designs and trade-offs among speed, cost, risk, and maintainability * Lead by example on secure coding, craftsmanship, and quality * Define enterprise AI reference architectures and governance for GenAI and agentic frameworks * Champion AI-security governance including hallucination management and prompt-injection defense * Lead FinOps-aligned architecture across cloud and AI workloads * Ensure privacy, data sovereignty, and Zero-Trust security by design across platforms and data flows * Engage with executive stakeholders and external partners to align architecture with business priorities * Balance build vs. buy and platform-selection decisions with rigor Tasks * 15+ years in software engineering and architecture in large-scale global ecosystems * Hands-on ability to code with engineering teams when needed * Deep technical depth in modern stacks (JavaScript/TypeScript, Rust or Go), cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), enterprise integration, and platform governance * Track record defining standards, reference architectures, and patterns that get adopted * Generative-AI savvy with experience in LLM integration, agentic patterns, and vector pipelines * Expert-level knowledge of enterprise AI security and governance (hallucination management, guardrails) * Experience with edge compute/WASM and systems-level languages * Strong leadership of globally distributed engineering communities and collaborative influence * Excellent communication of complex technical topics to engineers and executives with business framing * Proven FinOps leadership and privacy-first, Zero-Trust architecture experience * Master’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or related field preferred; Bachelor’s required * Relocation and strong global travel willingness Key requirements * medical benefits * financial benefits * annual incentive * long-term incentive * relocation provided * global exposure
