Requirements

Deep expertise administering and engineering VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, NSX, and VMware Cloud Foundation environments.
Strong experience designing and supporting hybrid-cloud and multi-cloud solutions across VMware, and private cloud platforms.
Expertise in virtualization architecture, workload migration, capacity planning, high availability (HA), Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS), and disaster recovery solutions.
Experience with infrastructure automation using VMware Aria/vRealize, PowerCLI, Terraform, Ansible, and API-based orchestration.
Strong knowledge of cloud networking, security, micro-segmentation, storage integration, backup/recovery platforms, and operational troubleshooting.
Familiarity with DoD/Federal cloud environments, RMF/ATO requirements, STIG compliance, and enterprise cloud operations supporting mission-critical workloads.

Additional Information This role may require up to 25% travel. Candidates must be willing to be considered for direct hire after a 90-day period.
