Job description

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of the EU Cyber Resilience Act (EU CRA) Security Functional Testing Framework across the Hybrid Cloud portfolio.

The candidate will define the automation strategy, compliance traceability model, framework architecture, standards, and governance processes.

Requirements

10+ years in QA, Test Automation, and Test Architecture
Strong expertise in security testing methodologies and Secure SDLC
Experience designing enterprise-scale test automation frameworks
Strong knowledge of compliance-driven testing, including:
EU CRA
NIST
ISO 27001
IEC 62443
OWASP

Architecture experience across:

Cloud/Hybrid Cloud
SaaS
Virtualization
Containers/Kubernetes
APIs
Firmware/embedded environments

Strong CI/CD and DevSecOps expertise

Experience with AI-assisted testing and automated test generation

Strong understanding of requirement * test * result * evidence traceability

Excellent technical leadership and stakeholder management

Ability to create architecture blueprints, standards, frameworks, and governance processes

Ideal Candidate

Target Security Test Architect, Security Automation Architect, QA/Test Automation Architect, DevSecOps Test Architect, or Principal Security Test Engineer profiles.
