Requirements

Required Skills: Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API, Kafka, Microservices, Concurrency & Multithreading Domains: Salesforce Health Cloud, Patient Services / Patient Support Programs (PSP), * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

8+ years of Salesforce experience with 4-5+ years as a Technical/Solution Architect.
Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and preferably Life Sciences Cloud.
Proven Pharma/Life Sciences Patient Services / Patient Support Programs (PSP) experience.
Expertise in patient onboarding, enrollment, benefits verification, case management, therapy orchestration and adherence.
Strong OmniStudio/Vlocity experience including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors and Integration Procedures.
Advanced development knowledge of Apex, LWC and Salesforce Flows.
Strong integration architecture experience with REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, Veeva, IQVIA, EHR/EMR and claims systems.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, data architecture, LDV and performance optimization.
Healthcare compliance expertise across HIPAA, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, PHI, GDPR and PDPA.
Experience with Einstein, Next Best Action, Agentforce, HL7/FHIR and Salesforce DevOps/CI-CD is highly preferred.
