Job description
- Serve as a client-facing technical leader and trusted advisor
- Lead requirements discovery and business analysis efforts
- Design and deliver custom software solutions
- Support sales activities, technical discovery, solution demonstrations, and proposal development
- Partner with executive leadership and the CEO on strategic opportunities
- Operate independently, often owning engagements from discovery through delivery
- Potentially function as a forward-deployed engineer embedded closely with client teams

Seeking highly independent senior engineers who can combine software development, business analysis, client consulting, and sales engineering responsibilities. Candidates should be comfortable leading client engagements with minimal oversight and partnering directly with executives on strategic opportunities.

- Strong solution architecture and systems design capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously on complex client projects
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- 7 Years web development experience
- Proficient in Database schema design and analysis
- Proficient in Complex SQL Queries and Operations
- Proficient in A Server-side language such as C#, Java, Ruby, Python, or PHP
- Proficient in JavaScript
- Proficient in Team Git branch management
- Experience with common integration protocols including but not limited to SOAP, REST, SFTP, ODBC, TCP/IP, and IMAP.
- Experience with Legacy system conversions
- Basic understanding of networking and operating systems administration (Connectivity Troubleshooting, DNS / SSL Certificates, Active Directory)
- Elicitation of requirements from non-technical business users
- Conceptually design systems based on business requirements
- Perform technical lead role through the SDLC
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Willingness to drive medium-sized projects to completion in a fast-moving environment

- Ability to effectively incorporate AI-assisted development practices into daily engineering workflows
