Software/Solution Engineer

We are seeking a Software/Solution Engineer to support the Human Agentic Review Platform onboarding pod with integrating new products into Company’s Scaled Review Tooling (SRT) systems. This role focuses on onboarding work - handling the growing volume of new product SRT integration requests - so the core engineering team can stay focused on platform development. It is a cross-functional role requiring close coordination with engineering and XFN (cross-functional) partners., * Handle the growing volume of new product * SRT integration requests escalated from MSL and other orgs.

• Build and configure end-to-end review pipelines (e.g., intake * cases/enforcement flows) for common, well-defined use cases.
• Adapt and maintain integrations as the underlying review systems evolve.
• Coordinate closely with engineering and cross-functional (XFN) partners throughout the onboarding process.

• 3-5 years of experience in software or solution engineering, with a focus on integrations / systems work.
• Proven experience building software integrations between different systems.
• Backend/software engineering skills - writing and configuring production-quality code.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with both engineering and non-engineering partners.
• Ability to learn new internal tools and platforms quickly and adapt as systems change.
• Prior experience is a significant plus, though its absence won’t rule a candidate out .

Must have skills :

• System integration experience (integrating new/acquired systems into existing platforms)
• Programming in Hack, Python, and Java
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to have skills:

• Experience at large tech companies (e.g., Google, Microsoft)
• Experience working within small engineering pods on tight timelines

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $90.00 - $95.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
