IT Infrastructure Project Manager

• Manage stakeholder relationships and project communications.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans.
• Manage project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage project acceptance and transition activities.
• Evaluate and improve overall project performance.
• Assess project requirements and recommend suitable IT infrastructure components.
• Analyze technology options and recommend the most suitable and economically feasible solutions.
• Work on initiatives to improve the organization’s IT infrastructure.
• Recommend infrastructure upgrades and new systems based on project requirements.
• Prepare project plans, status reports, and project updates.
• Monitor project KPIs and ensure established project baselines are maintained.
• Formulate procedures and policies for optimal utilization of IT infrastructure resources.
• Supervise and coordinate IT staff, consultants, vendors, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with managers across different departments to assess IT infrastructure needs.

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to manage complex IT infrastructure projects, multiple workstreams, and enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong infrastructure expertise along with excellent project management, stakeholder management, planning, and problem-solving skills., * Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and complex infrastructure environments.

• Excellent knowledge of information technology and infrastructure management.
• Hands-on infrastructure experience.
• Strong expertise in developing and managing project critical paths.
• Ability to identify risks and issues before they impact the project or program.
• Strong understanding of project Schedule, Scope, Budget, Quality, and Benefits throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and observation skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent time-management skills and understanding of project baselines.
• Ability to stay current with the latest IT infrastructure developments.
• Knowledge of healthcare issues, information systems, management issues, and current industry trends.
