Job description
The University of Kentucky is seeking an \nE-Procurement and Data Analyst Associate to support \nProcurement Services through technology administration, data analysis, supplier enablement, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations.\n \n This role combines procurement, systems support, data reporting, and customer service to help ensure the university’s purchasing processes operate efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will work with enterprise procurement platforms, supplier onboarding tools, reporting systems, and campus stakeholders to support daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.\n \n \nWhat You’ll Do\n \n \n
- Provide technical support for the university’s Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and e-procurement platforms\n
- Assist with supplier enablement, catalog management, SAP Ariba Network support, and procurement system administration\n
- Support vendor onboarding and maintenance of procurement-related master data, including SAP vendor records and PaymentWorks processes\n
- Generate and analyze reports using SAP, Tableau, Excel, and other reporting tools\n
- Develop dashboards, pivot tables, and visual reporting resources to support operational and strategic decision-making\n
- Assist with procurement transaction reconciliation and issue resolution\n
- Support procurement systems, SharePoint resources, website updates, and knowledge management activities\n
- Contribute to procurement training materials, customer support efforts, and purchasing initiatives\n
Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude and experience working with business systems and data\n
- Proficiency with Excel and an interest in reporting, analytics, and process improvement\n
- Strong customer service and communication skills\n
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities\n
- Experience working with procurement, ERP, or enterprise systems is beneficial\n
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities\n
- Willingness to learn new technologies and business processes\n
