Job description
The IT Product Manager I will provide support to the IT Oracle business systems within the organization., * Collaborate with business and colleagues to design solutions and interfaces that align with business initiatives.
- Maintain, enhance, and augment the core capabilities of the Oracle ERP and/or Cloud applications.
- Be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining oracle modules and solutions.
- Code, test, and troubleshoot Oracle applications as assigned utilizing the appropriate software, hardware, database, and programming technologies.
- Responsible for working Oracle enhancements request, identifying new solution, and providing general support to address break fixes.
- Demonstrate the ability to respond to user issues in a timely manner to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Attend meetings with peers to gather requirements for new applications, or modifications to existing applications
- Prepare technical documents, action plans and design specifications and other solution documents as needed.
- Conduct end-user training upon completion of software solutions.
- Conduct level 1 and 2 support for deployed solutions.
- Modify standard software and applications to meet specified functional requirements
- Interface with cross functional teams and end users at multiple sites for requirements gathering, data mapping, testing and verification, user training, and to communicate project status.
- Ability to manage small projects from start to finish ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide support for project planning, implementation and training for new applications and upgrades
- Mentor and transfer knowledge to less experienced team members to foster team growth and skill development.
- Be available for occasional weekend and off hours on call support for critical Sev1 issues and scheduled activities.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years Oracle EBS Release 11i or 12 in experience in an application support or consulting role; Full cycle Oracle EBS implementation or major upgrade experience , Knowledge of software maintenance lifecycles, Strong knowledge of Oracle and other enterprise class applications, Strong understanding of IT business systems and needs
- Education/Certification: BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Skills/Abilities: Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, Strong problem solving and decision-making skills, Self-driven and self-directed with a great attitude, Excellent communication skills, Strong interest in efficiency and continuous improvement, Ability to work independently in a distributed team, Proven leadership ability, including demonstrated ability to consult with functional leaders and other IT product analysts and administrators, Documentation writing skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)., * 10+ progressive experience with E-Business Suite R12/11i with Supply Chain, Finance, Order Management, Shipping, Discrete Manufacturing, Standard Costing, and/or Service modules specific knowledge per job requirement.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion a plus
- Basic SQL

Salary Range: 129,850 - 156,950 Annual USD
This position is eligible for location-based pay. The salary range for this role varies depending on the employee’s primary work locations, as well as factors such as experience, skills, education, and other job-related qualifications.
Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus program.
