Job description

We are seeking a Technical Data Operations Analyst responsible for overseeing the E2E marketing data flow and partnering with IT and BI to operationalize insights through AI agents and workflows. Firmly seated within the digital marketing organization, this role is explicitly differentiated from traditional IT functions; instead, you will serve as the critical bridge, partnering closely with IT for flawless technical execution. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Data and Operations, this leader will drive digital acquisition capabilities, focusing on integrating artificial intelligence, enabling end-to-end performance tracking, and optimizing operational workflows for unprecedented scale and efficiency. The successful candidate will be a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-changing environment, acting as the primary operations contact to ensure our technology foundation actively supports aggressive global business growth., * Data Knowledge Base: Serve as a key point of contact for the marketing technology stack-partnering with BI and IT to support operational insights.

  • Privacy Coordinator: Serve as the marketing privacy coordinator and support privacy compliance initiatives in partnership with legal and privacy.
  • Data Governance: Act as the marketing data steward to support data governance and operational transparency
  • Customer 360: Support the operationalization of Customer 360 on CDP and enable unified segmentation on unified profiles.
  • AI Implementation: Assist in operationalizing data models and AI by partnering with BI, Analytics, AdTech, and IT.
  • Operational Analysis: Perform quantitative operational analysis and modeling across the marketing landscape and support the execution of optimization programs leveraging AI.
  • Process Efficiency: Contribute to best practices for efficient and effective data operations.
  • Process Documentation: Document and support the implementation of scalable operational processes (SLAs, governance) that optimize workflow efficiency, productivity, and quality across digital operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in Marketing Operations or Digital Marketing roles, with a track record of supporting technical initiatives.
  • Practical experience contributing to the design and implementation of data infrastructure that meets the demands of real-time decisioning.
  • Strong working knowledge of technical integrations across the MarTech stack, including CDPs, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), and internal data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Hands-on experience with key operations and orchestration platforms: LeanData, Demandbase, and Allocadia.
  • Technical proficiency in utilizing AI/ML, Generative AI, and predictive modeling for real-time data orchestration.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and user stories (PRDs), assisting with development backlog management alongside internal engineering teams.
  • Strong project management skills, utilizing agile methodologies to help coordinate cross-functional technical projects.
  • Clear understanding and practical application of global data privacy and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and their impact on data usage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in utilizing SQL and Python for advanced data analysis, modeling, and automated data quality audits.
  • Ability to lead at the intersection of business and technology with a passion for marketing technology, clearly differentiating marketing ecosystem needs from traditional IT infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated success integrating and scaling comprehensive technology solutions: Marketing Automation, CRM, Predictive Analytics, and Data Enrichment.
  • Strong cross-functional relationship development skills, specifically in establishing effective program management processes between Marketing and IT.
  • Comfort with accountability and the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.

Benefits & conditions

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.

$106,000.00 - $170,500.00/yr
