Job description

  • Configure and develop Hyperscience pipelines for ingestion, classification, extraction, validation, and exception handling.
  • Build and tune extraction approaches using templates, rules, and ML-assisted techniques.
  • Use Python for scripting, data manipulation, validation, API integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Integrate Hyperscience with enterprise platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, SFTP, queues, RPA, and workflow/case management tools.
  • Implement human-in-the-loop review processes, field-level validations, and QA sampling.
  • Establish testing practices, regression packs, and support dev/test/prod releases.
  • Monitor production performance, troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Create solution documentation, runbooks, and operational handoffs.

Requirements

We’re looking for a Hyperscience Developer with strong Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) experience and working knowledge of Python to build, enhance, and support document automation solutions., * 3+ years overall experience with hands-on IDP experience.

  • 1-2+ years of Hyperscience experience.
  • Working Python skills.
  • Strong understanding of OCR/ICR, document classification, key-value extraction, table extraction, and exception workflows.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and integration troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Git, SDLC, testing, environment promotion, and basic CI/CD.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into extraction logic and validations.

Nice to Have

  • ServiceNow, Pega, or Appian experience.
  • UiPath or Automation Anywhere experience.
  • AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform experience.
  • Experience handling PII/PHI, RBAC, and audit logging.
  • Experience operating IDP solutions at scale with high-volume processing, SLAs, and performance monitoring.
