Commercial Operations Systems Analyst (Charlotte or Remote)

The Commercial Operations Systems Analyst will support the identification, evaluation, implementation, and enhancement of technology solutions that enable Sales and Commercial Operations. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT, translating business needs into practical system requirements and scalable technology solutions., * Partner with Sales, Commercial Operations, and IT stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements and capabilities.

• Analyze current business processes and systems to identify functional gaps, opportunities for improvement, and technology needs.
• Support CRM, sales order management, customer data, retail, logistics, and customer experience technology initiatives.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and system specifications.
• Collaborate with IT, Data, Enterprise Architecture, and business teams to evaluate solutions and ensure alignment with existing technology and data environments.
• Research technology solutions and support RFIs, vendor evaluations, solution assessments, and technology recommendations.
• Support CRM enhancements, customer data integration, One Customer Record initiatives, retail enablement tools, and other commercial technology projects.
• Assist with system implementations, integrations, testing, user acceptance, and operational readiness.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions with cross-functional stakeholders and help drive alignment and decision-making.
• Support the onboarding of new systems and integrations and ensure business users are prepared for operational use.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues or risks, and help coordinate resolution across business and technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with CRM, order management, customer data, retail, or other commercial business systems, along with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with business and IT teams., * 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, IT Project Delivery, Commercial Operations Technology, CRM, or a related field.

• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into system or technology solutions.
• Experience working with both business stakeholders and IT/technical teams.
• Proven experience supporting technology projects, system implementations, enhancements, or integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple levels of an organization.
• Experience working in a complex, cross-functional, or matrixed business environment.
• Working knowledge of common enterprise business systems and IT technologies.

Preferred:

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar.
• Experience with Sales Order Management, ERP, customer data, retail, logistics/TMS, or customer experience systems.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, data flows, or master/customer data.
• Experience supporting RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluations, or technology selection.
• Experience with data strategy, data governance, or customer/master data initiatives.
• Experience in the automotive industry, particularly OEM, automotive retail, dealership, mobility, or automotive supplier environments.
• Experience working with Enterprise Architecture or Data teams.
• Experience with UAT, testing, implementation, or change management.
