Job description

Provide technical support for clinical applications and EMR systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
Assist with application implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
Perform system testing prior to production deployment.
Create and maintain system documentation and workflows.
Train end users on application functionality and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance.
Mentor team members on system analysis and documentation standards.

Requirements

Experience supporting Clinical Applications and EMR systems (required).
Healthcare IT application support experience.
Experience with Rehabilitation applications/business workflows is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, implementation, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and end-user training abilities.

2.32.3 out of 5 stars Kentucky Hybrid work Up to $52 an hour - Full-time, Contract, * Monday-Friday

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
On-site for the first 2 weeks of orientation
Hybrid schedule afterward (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
