Job description
- Provide technical support for clinical applications and EMR systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Assist with application implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Perform system testing prior to production deployment.
- Create and maintain system documentation and workflows.
- Train end users on application functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance.
- Mentor team members on system analysis and documentation standards.
Requirements
- Experience supporting Clinical Applications and EMR systems (required).
- Healthcare IT application support experience.
- Experience with Rehabilitation applications/business workflows is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, implementation, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and end-user training abilities.

2.32.3 out of 5 stars Kentucky Hybrid work Up to $52 an hour - Full-time, Contract, * Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- On-site for the first 2 weeks of orientation
- Hybrid schedule afterward (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
