Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect - Finance

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the architecture and delivery of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management engagements, from design to deployment. As a Solution Architect, you guide solution strategy, collaborate with technical and project teams, and drive client value through effective governance and best practices. You will shape complex integrations, oversee testing and training, and monitor Microsoft updates to keep implementations current. This role offers remote work with travel, and a clear impact on client success and project outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Lead configuration and deployment of enterprise-level D365 F&SCM Finance projects including design, planning, and testing * Create and deliver solution blueprint aligned with Stoneridge Methodologies and industry best practices * Develop solution estimates and assist in SOW creation based on roadmaps in coordination with Sales * Collaborate with project management for scoping, analysis, and estimations * Provide leadership to drive organizational adoption of new/changed processes and systems * Perform solution architecture analysis during D365 F&SCM implementation * Translate business processes and needs into functional requirements and design specs; liaise with developers * Act as solution advisor throughout design, development, testing, and deployment * Ensure formal testing and issue-resolution processes around architecture and integrations * Conduct user training, support UAT, and develop training materials and documentation * Monitor upcoming D365 releases and Microsoft updates; stay aligned with industry trends * Engage in occasional pre-sales activities and vendor relationship management * Track tasks via Azure DevOps and communicate status to team and clients * Adhere to implementation methodology; share best practices and contribute to improvements * Organize tasks, set goals, and deliver high-quality work on schedule * Invest in self-development and continuous learning * Uphold integrity and respect in line with company values Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience * 5+ years of direct functional and technical experience leading full-life cycle implementations * Strong understanding of D365 F&SCM Finance architecture and supporting modules * 5+ years experience with .NET/X++, AX 2009/2012 and D365 F&SCM Finance, complex integrations and release management * Construction industry experience preferred * Understanding of Integration and Data Architecture * Experience with Power Platform * Demonstrated leadership on enterprise-level projects * Ability to switch between high-level architectural review and hands-on implementation across all phases * Experience requirements gathering and Fit-Gap analysis * Knowledge of ISV solutions * Background in corporate finance domain; knowledge of finance solutions a plus * Microsoft D365 certifications such as MB-310, MB-330, MB-700 or equivalent * Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills * Strong customer relationship skills and ability to be trusted advisor * Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively * Fluent English communication * Core values alignment (Integrity, Technical Excellence, Tenacity, Client Centric, Enjoy Our Work) Key requirements * Medical Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision insurance * 401(k) contribution * Paid time off * Learning and development funding
