Job description

Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases and database objects.
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
Analyze and improve database performance through query optimization and indexing.
Support ETL processes and ensure data integrity across multiple systems.
Collaborate with application developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
Create and maintain database documentation, data dictionaries, and technical specifications.
Perform database maintenance, monitoring, backup, and recovery activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements

Must-Have Technical Skills:

5+ years of experience as an SQL Developer or Database Developer.
Strong expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and Views.
Experience writing complex SQL queries and optimizing query performance.
Knowledge of database design, normalization, indexing, and data modeling.
Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
Hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, or Power BI is a plus.
Familiarity with database security, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Microsoft SQL Server certifications are a plus.
Experience with Azure SQL Database, AWS RDS, or other cloud database platforms is an advantage.
