SQL Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases and database objects.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Analyze and improve database performance through query optimization and indexing.
• Support ETL processes and ensure data integrity across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with application developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Create and maintain database documentation, data dictionaries, and technical specifications.
• Perform database maintenance, monitoring, backup, and recovery activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as an SQL Developer or Database Developer.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and Views.
• Experience writing complex SQL queries and optimizing query performance.
• Knowledge of database design, normalization, indexing, and data modeling.
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, or Power BI is a plus.
• Familiarity with database security, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft SQL Server certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Azure SQL Database, AWS RDS, or other cloud database platforms is an advantage.
