Requirements

4+ years of experience in requirements analysis or systems analysis. Experience working on complex IT or analytic systems in a federal environment. Familiarity with requirements management tools and best practices. Preferred / High-Value Experience Experience with requirements traceability matrices, use cases, interface requirements, acceptance criteria, configuration/change control, and test traceability. Experience supporting DHS/Client law enforcement, intelligence, OSINT, data/analytics, or technology-pilot environments. Familiarity with federal acquisition artifacts and translating mission needs into SOW/PWS/SOO, technical requirements, or evaluation criteria.
