Senior Associate, Data Analyst

Experteer Overview As a Senior Associate, Data Analyst, you will translate data into actionable insights that support the business across functions. You will build and enhance dashboards, forecast performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to align analytics with objectives. You will act as a SME for current and future data infrastructures and help automate reporting and data governance efforts. Compensation / Benefits * Build new and enhance existing dashboards * Incorporate forecasting, trend analysis, and forward-looking indicators in reports * Partner with stakeholders to translate questions into analytical solutions * Reconcile data from source to reporting layer * Analyze metrics and standardize methodologies where needed * Become SME on current and future data infrastructures * Perform ad hoc data and reporting analyses * Develop proposals for automated data and reporting solutions * Support data ownership, governance, and data quality activities for reporting assets * Support Enterprise Data Warehouse development and conduct UAT as needed * Present data-driven recommendations to improve business processes Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience * 5+ years in reporting or analytics * Experience building reports with modern BI tools * Experience using AI-enabled productivity or analytics tools * Fluency in SQL * Financial Services experience Key requirements *
