About the company

An AI solutions and consulting firm is seeking a GenAI Innovation Engineer / GenAI Forward Deployed Engineer for greenfield product development. This firm is one of the most reputable AI consultancies in the country. They are disrupting the AI industry not only by building native AI solutions for their clients, but also by bringing together some of the most creative, outside the box thinkers and passionate forward deployed engineers into their internal “Incubator.” Think of an incubator filled with the most elite, AI first builders in the game. They take immense pride in who they hire because their culture is truly special and unique-and being part of it is something people work hard to earn.

In this role, you will build industry specific AI solutions (Healthcare, BFSI) from scratch. The goal is to create reusable frameworks that the company can co invest in with pilot customers. This team is effectively building a “startup” within the organization to serve as the GenAI brain trust for the entire company.

The work will involve frequent client meetings, solving business problems with AI, brainstorming new AI capabilities to take to market, prototyping, and engaging in energizing technical conversations. Day to day responsibilities will include approximately 60% hands on engineering (building production grade AI/ML pipelines and reusable frameworks), 20% research, and 20% architecture and strategy-designing for scalability and transforming specific client solutions into reusable products.

Has to live in one of the following locations: Chicago, Boston, New York, Charlotte, Atlanta, Silicon Valley, Detroit, Houston, Dallas, Seattle and Austin.
