Job description

  • Apply system’s administration principles throughout the system’s lifecycle phases: production, utilization and support.

  • Identifies and articulates major uncertainties associated with systems configurations, defining risks and opportunities associated with uncertainties.
  • Supports requirements management, interface management, and architecture change management processes.
  • Translate analysis results into actionable recommendations for Government agencies; develop workflows and activity diagrams based on concept of operations.
  • Builds and executes requirements traceability; supports development of implementable strategies to address sponsor challenges with adoption of MBSE and associated tools.

  • Provide hardware and applications support for the cloud application and system.

Requirements

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Systems Administrator to join our team in Augusta, GA This is an onsite position., * Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of related experience in systems engineering or related technical discipline

  • Experience with infrastructure automation, specifically creating links between information inputs, controllers, and outputs
  • Experience with use case development, requirements derivation, and drafting technical project documentation
  • Experience with DevOps integration practices across development and IT environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency is system administration to include applying application updates, upgrades and resolving system anomalies.
  • Demonstrate ability to maintain system artifacts, including System Engineering Plans (SEPs) and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
  • Lifecycle Management Expertise: Familiarity with the integration of Enterprise and Agreement process areas as defined by ISO/IEC 15288 to ensure total system quality.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active DoD TS/SCI

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally, you may need to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
