nAs a Senior Manufacturing Engineer within EW, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, ensuring the highest quality of production, and supporting the development and implementation of new products. Requirements

Degree in a technical field such as engineering, math, or a hard science \n

8+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware \n

Demonstrated ability to creatively deliver electromechanical hardware in a resource-constrained environment \n
-
Demonstrated ability to contribute to the delivery of electromechanical hardware in a resource-constrained environment \n
-
Personal experience physically manufacturing hardware via any means (machining, fabrication, soldering, assembly, etc.) Work on personal or extracurricular projects is a plus. \n

Prior experience working with JIRA, Siemens NX, Teamcenter (PLM), or Oracle (ERP) or equivalents

Own a portion or all of the manufacturing value chain that includes Assembly, Integration & Test (AI&T) for electro-mechanical assemblies \n

Contribute to operational excellence with a strong continuous improvement mindset and leading impactful Kaizen events \n
-
Be a strong partner with Product Quality Engineering to drive and support RCCA burndowns that tackle key issues both internally and externally to EW Production \n
-
Collaborate with Design Engineering teams in early to late phases of the development process to provide DFx for smooth NPI transitions \n
-
Develop process flows, breaking down large, complex assemblies into a logical part flow of subassemblies and sub-processes \n
-
Write documentation required for successfully manufacturing their hardware at scale, such as work instructions, quality plans, inspection requirements, etc. \n

Work with contract manufacturers across various disciplines (PCBA fab, metallic manufacturing, assembly, etc.) to develop repeatable, sustained processes for quick-turn development as well as at-scale production \n

Work with technicians and other engineers hands-on, building prototype hardware \n

Contribute to end-customer hardware mechanical or electrical design, including interconnects, board fabrication and inspection, etc. \n, n

A genuine interest in manufacturing and thirst for learning \n

Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities \n

Experience with RF Products that require system AI&T (assembly, integration, and test) \n

Exposure to or interest in scaling product testing and production. \n

Hands-on experience with software & firmware flashing or end-of-line testing & troubleshooting \n
