Artificial Intelligence Engineer

• Build and scale backend infrastructure powering a next-generation AI platform.
• Design and optimise distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Develop AI and data pipelines that support frontier machine learning workflows.
• Work directly with the founders to shape technical priorities and product direction.
• Build internal tooling that improves scalability, reliability and engineering efficiency
• Solve complex systems and infrastructure challenges in a fast-moving environment
• Help establish engineering best practices as the company grows.

• 3-8 years’ experience in a highly technical software engineering environment.
• Strong backend engineering and distributed systems experience.
• Experience building and scaling cloud infrastructure.
• Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure or developer tooling.
• Strong Python development experience.
• A genuine passion for the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.
• The ability to work independently with a high level of ownership.

Experience from high-growth product companies, AI startups or large-scale technology organisations would be particularly valuable.
