Job description
- Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals.
- Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
- Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
- Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and report to upper management.
- Coordinate IT managers and supervise computer scientists, technicians, and other professionals to provide guidance.
- Control budget and report on expenditure.
- Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.
- Ensure compliance with GLBA and FTC Safeguards Rule.
- Develop and implement disaster and emergency recovery plans.
- Support the use of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, LOS, MeridianLink, and mortgage systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in the mortgage industry.
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, LOS, MeridianLink, and mortgage systems.
- Strong understanding of GLBA and FTC Safeguards Rule.
- Certifications in Microsoft SC-300, Azure, CISSP, CISM, and ITIL are required.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate an IT vision that inspires and motivates staff and aligns with the business strategy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks, with a strong focus on strategic objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop appropriate solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
