Job description

  • Administer Microsoft 365 tenant and services
  • Manage Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, and Azure AD
  • Handle user provisioning and licensing
  • Support email migrations and mailbox administration
  • Implement security policies and compliance settings
  • Troubleshoot end-user and system issues
  • Maintain documentation and best practices

Requirements

  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
  • Knowledge of Azure AD and Entra ID
  • Experience with Exchange Online and Teams
  • Understanding of Intune and endpoint management
  • Strong customer support experience
