Oracle EPM Functional Analyst

• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional Oracle EPM solutions and system enhancements.
• Support Oracle Planning & Budgeting applications, including issue resolution, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
• Provide production support by troubleshooting functional issues and coordinating solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Participate in system enhancements, implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and end-user support.
• Ensure Oracle EPM solutions align with business objectives and financial processes.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Functional Analyst to support and enhance an enterprise Oracle EPM environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong functional background in Oracle Planning & Budgeting who enjoys partnering with Finance teams to improve business processes, deliver system enhancements, and provide ongoing production support. This is a hands-on functional role focused on business analysis, solution design, and collaboration with stakeholders rather than technical development., * 5+ years of experience working within the Oracle EPM ecosystem in a Functional Analyst or similar role.

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Planning & Budgeting implementations, enhancements, and production support.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and related financial processes.
• Experience working directly with Finance and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close) and financial consolidation processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise production environments and delivering ongoing system improvements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills., * Experience with Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM).
• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules, including EPCN or related applications.
• Previous experience participating in Oracle EPM implementations, upgrades, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise Oracle EPM environments across multiple business units.
