Job description

CHEMED Health Center is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Data Reporting Analyst to collect, analyze, and report clinical, operational, and quality performance data. This role partners with Quality, Clinical, Operations, and IT teams to support regulatory reporting, quality improvement initiatives, and data-driven decision-making that enhances patient outcomes and organizational performance., * Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, care gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support regulatory reporting, including UDS, HEDIS, FTCA, and payer incentive programs.
  • Validate data accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and improve data integrity.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and track performance outcomes.
  • Present findings and actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Public Health, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-5 years of healthcare analytics or quality reporting experience.
  • Experience with HEDIS, UDS, FQHC, or ambulatory care reporting preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and reporting/database tools.
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and IBM Cognos is a plus.
