Salesforce System Administrator

We are expanding our suite of technology solutions by adding a Salesforce environment to support certain operational demands. We are hiring a Salesforce System Administrator to own that environment day to day. The ideal candidate will be the go-to person for keeping our Salesforce platform running smoothly - managing users and permissions, building out custom objects, fields, and micro-automations that our teams rely on, and making sure the data behind our case work is clean, secure, and trustworthy., * Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce/Litify environment, including user management, permissions, and day-to-day platform health.

• Build and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to support evolving case management workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain Flows and automation to streamline intake, case progression, task routing, and communications.
• Create and maintain validation rules, custom formulas, and data quality controls across the environment.
• Build reports and dashboards that give leadership clear, real-time visibility into caseload, campaign performance, and operational metrics.
• Support and troubleshoot app integrations (e.g., forms, document management, and communications platforms), including debugging integration failures and data-sync issues.
• Manage data migration efforts - mapping, importing, cleaning, and validating data as new sources and campaigns come online.
• Monitor and maintain data quality across the system, identifying and resolving duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent records.
• Own security and access management, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and safeguards for personally identifiable information (PII).
• Partner with firm leadership and the implementation team to translate operational needs into scalable system solutions.

This is a hands-on, highly technical role for someone who is comfortable working independently in a regulated environment where data accuracy, security, and system uptime directly affect our clients. Our case management workflows run on Litify, built on the Salesforce platform, but this role is fundamentally a Salesforce administration position - the skills and experience we are looking for are Salesforce-first., This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be able to work Eastern Time business hours to align with the core team., * 3+ years of experience managing a Salesforce (Sales Cloud) environment in a System Administrator capacity.

• Experience supporting a legal or banking environment, or another highly regulated industry, is strongly preferred given the compliance and data-sensitivity requirements of this role.
• Proven experience with data migration projects, from planning through validation.
• A track record of maintaining strong data quality and data governance practices in a live production environment.

Certifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (required).
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sharing and Visibility Architect) are a strong plus.

Technical Skills

• Salesforce system management and configuration.
• Custom object and field creation.
• Flow building and process automation.
• Validation rules and custom formula fields.
• Report and dashboard development.
• App and third-party integration support, including the ability to diagnose and debug integration issues.
• Security management, with demonstrated experience protecting PII and sensitive client data., * Do you hold a current Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification?
