• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable system designs.
• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce components using Apex (Salesforce’s proprietary programming language), Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and other relevant technologies.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and other integration methods to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
• Optimize existing Salesforce environments for performance, security, and scalability by applying best practices in software design patterns and system architecture.
• Implement automation processes using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Apex triggers to streamline operations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, code repositories (using GitHub or SVN), and deployment procedures aligned with CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging cloud infrastructure trends such as AWS or Azure to continuously improve platform capabilities.

• Extensive experience with Salesforce development including Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts such as cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), microservices architecture, and scalable systems design.
• Proficiency in programming languages including JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, C++, C, VBA,.NET frameworks, and Ruby on Rails for diverse development needs.
• Deep knowledge of web development technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks (React Express), and front-end development best practices.
• Expertise in database management systems such as SQL (MySQL or MS SQL Server) with experience in designing efficient database schemas for high-performance applications.
• Familiarity with version control tools like GitHub or SVN alongside CI/CD tools to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
• Solid grasp of software engineering principles including design patterns (e.g., RBAC), system design for system development, scalability considerations, and application security standards.
• Experience working within Agile software development methodologies to deliver iterative improvements efficiently.
• Knowledge of application development across multiple platforms including Linux environments; experience with cloud infrastructure services like AWS or Azure is highly desirable.
