Requirements

Responsible for on-site support of IT with configuration, installation, and ongoing support for all networked computer systems and operating systems. Provides educational training and support in PC operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Must have knowledge of Computer hardware and software systems and programs.

A. Must have knowledge of Computer viruses and security.

B. Must be willing to train new users of existing technology.

C. Knowledge of Email and internet programs.

D. Have a basic understanding of the healthcare industry.

E. Capable of troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking operating system.

F. Ability to configure and install necessary hardware and software.

G. Install work stations., To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. You must have good people’s skills and customer service orientation. Pays attention to detail. Knowledgeable of latest technology trends and applications. Must be able to diagnose repair and test computer problems as they arise. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, and to express thoughts clearly and accurately., Bachelors B.S. or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variable in standardized situations.

Current Driver’s License

Must be able to travel.
