Job description

We’re hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to work across our advertiser platform, attribution, and analytics systems. You’ll own technical projects end to end - from scoping and design through implementation, deployment, and production maintenance. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and go-to-market, so the right person is excited to translate customer and business needs into robust product and technical solutions., * Own technical projects end to end: scoping, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing production maintenance.

Build reliable backend systems and design/consume production APIs (REST, gRPC) with attention to scalability and fault tolerance.
Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot cloud services on AWS in production.
Monitor production services, drive observability improvements, lead incident response, and troubleshoot performance issues.
Work with data infrastructure - schema design, query optimization, and analytics/attribution pipelines.
Collaborate closely with GTM stakeholders to turn customer needs into product and technical solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience owning technical projects end to end in production environments.
Hands-on experience building reliable backend systems and designing/consuming production APIs (REST, gRPC).
Strong practical AWS experience - deploying, operating, and troubleshooting cloud services in production.
Experience operating production services: monitoring, observability, incident response, and performance troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Python (Django and/or FastAPI), REST API design, and async patterns.
Data expertise: PostgreSQL, query optimization, schema design.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (now or in the future).

Nice to Have

Experience with analytics, attribution, adtech, or event-driven/data pipelines and instrumentation for measurement and reporting.
Experience with ClickHouse or other columnar OLAP databases at scale.
Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
Background in real-time data systems, event streaming (Kafka, Redis Streams), or high-throughput API design.
Experience at an early-stage startup building product from zero to one, or at a major tech company shipping production code.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
