Job description

Experteer Overview As a Business Intelligence Engineer in the Global Procurement Organization, you will build scalable, governed analytics to illuminate sourcing, compliance, and vendor performance across procurement. You’ll craft data-driven insights within the GPO Data Hub, partnering with stakeholders to define metrics and deliver reusable data products. Your work enables AI-ready decision making and self-service analytics for procurement leadership. This role combines hands-on data modeling, ETL, and visualization to drive measurable improvements in visibility and governance. Compensation / Benefits * Own and deliver BI solutions (datasets, dashboards, analyses) for sourcing, compliance, and vendor management * Contribute to governed, reusable data products aligned with the GPO Data Hub * Partner with stakeholders to define metrics, translate requirements, and drive reporting adoption * Build and maintain scalable data models and ETL pipelines using SQL and Python on AWS * Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation across outputs * Develop intuitive visualizations to enable clear procurement decision-making * Collaborate with cross-functional GPT and BI&A teams on data definitions, architecture, and best practices Tasks * Experience developing and presenting recommendations for new metrics to understand business performance * Data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipeline construction experience * Data visualization experience with Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools * Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Python for data processing * Experience with AWS services (EC2, DynamoDB, S3, Redshift) * Master’s degree in sciences, engineering, finance or equivalent Key requirements * sign-on payments * restricted stock units (RSUs) * comprehensive health insurance * 401(k) matching * paid time off * parental leave
