Job description

The Sr. Manager, AI Solutions & Delivery for Crocs, Inc. will serve as the operational leader for the project management, solutions analysis, governance, risk, responsible AI, enablement, and change management functions of the Applied AI team, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives from use case intake and prioritization through delivery, adoption, and measurable business impact.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, AI Solutions & Delivery, this role partners closely with AI Engineering and cross-functional business leaders to ensure the right AI solutions are built for the right reasons, with the right controls, and adopted effectively across the organization. They will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team of project managers, solutions analysts, and governance, risk, and change management specialists.

What You’ll Do Manage and operate the AI intake, evaluation, prioritization, and requirements documentation process using a structured framework aligned to business value, feasibility, capacity, risk, and cross-functional delivery readiness. Develop and manage the Applied AI roadmap in partnership with Enterprise AI leadership, ensuring initiatives align to strategic priorities and measurable outcomes. Define success metrics, ROI frameworks, adoption measures, and executive reporting routines that clearly demonstrate the value delivered by AI initiatives. Establish and enforce responsible AI governance practices, including standards for data usage, model risk, bias monitoring, human-in-the-loop controls, compliance, and auditability. Serve as the primary business-facing leader for AI solutions, facilitating requirements, validating use cases, managing tradeoffs, and translating business needs into clear, aligned delivery specifications. Own the structure, standards, and process for requirements documentation to ensure cross-functional teams have a shared understanding of scope, decisions, dependencies, and success criteria. Design and execute enterprise AI enablement, training, documentation, playbooks, change management programs, and delivery transformation practices that build AI literacy, accelerate adoption, and help teams use AI to improve how projects are delivered across the organization. Lead, manage, and develop a team while fostering a high-performing culture of accountability, stakeholder service, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Bring to the Table

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred. 8+ years of progressive experience in program management, delivery leadership, solutions analysis, digital transformation, management consulting, or related enterprise technology roles. 3+ years of people-management experience, including building, developing, and leading cross-functional teams. Proven ability to stand up new enterprise programs, including governance frameworks, intake processes, prioritization models, measurement systems, and executive reporting. Deep experience managing complex portfolios across multiple business functions with competing priorities, executive stakeholders, dependencies, and delivery constraints. Understanding of enterprise risk, compliance, and control frameworks, with the ability to embed governance into delivery without creating unnecessary bottlenecks. Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, and influence skills, including comfort presenting to C-suite audiences and leading through ambiguity. Technically curious and able to quickly learn the AI landscape, evaluate feasibility, ask strong questions, and partner credibly with engineering and business teams.
