TELECOMMUTE AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and support production-grade machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong software development experience, hands-on experience building production ML systems, and practical expertise working with Large Language Models (LLMs)., * Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable AI and machine learning applications.

• Build and support production ML systems, including model deployment, serving, evaluation, monitoring, and data processing pipelines.
• Develop applications using LLMs, including API integrations, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, and tool-using agents.
• Work with both commercial and open-source LLMs, including platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, Llama, Qwen, and Claude.
• Develop efficient and reliable solutions using strong software engineering, machine learning, statistics, algorithms, and data structures knowledge.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate complex AI concepts into practical solutions with measurable business impact.
• Take ownership of projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience using one or more languages such as Python, C/C++, Go, or Java.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and large-scale applications preferred.
• 3+ years of experience designing, architecting, testing, and launching production machine learning systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including API integration, prompt engineering, fine-tuning/adaptation, RAG, and AI agents.
• Solid understanding of core machine learning concepts, applied statistics, algorithms, and data structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly., * Experience building and operating AI/ML solutions in AWS.
• Experience with containerized services, serverless applications, data services, model serving, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience with technologies such as ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift, Step Functions, SageMaker, Terraform, or CloudFormation.

EDUCATION:

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification
