The Senior Database Engineer/Specialist will serve as a critical liaison between internal and external stakeholders and technical teams. This individual will lead requirements gathering sessions, perform in-depth data analysis, design and build rapid prototypes and interactive dashboards, and manage relationships with stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical thinker, communicator, and builder - someone who can uncover the “why” behind a business problem and deliver a data-driven “how.”, * Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• 6+ years of experience in business/data analysis, with demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience building dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience developing prototypes or wireframes to validate analytical solutions prior to full development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience documenting requirements and specifications.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Common Access Card (CAC).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Security Clearance.
• Independently manage tasks from requirement through implementation.
• Proactively resolving challenges with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
