Lead Cloud Security Analyst

Experteer Overview In this Lead Cloud Security Analyst role, you bridge Deloitte’s cybersecurity expertise with cloud engineering to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions. You will lead embedded security collaborations across teams, drive risk assessments, and shape architecture from design to delivery. As a technical consultant and trusted advisor, you influence cross-functional partners and promote best practices in cloud security and resilient operations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of security and cloud infrastructure. Compensation / Benefits * Drive embedded collaboration by embedding security and infrastructure resources and guiding priorities * Provide expert solution architecture support for cloud architectures, micro-segmentation, agent scanning, and burn-down strategies * Conduct comprehensive risk reviews for cloud and infrastructure solutions and lead remediation as a SME in incident response and vulnerability management * Maintain continuous alignment with embedded teams to minimize drift, capture lessons learned, and formalize best practices * Tailor embedding models and advise on workforce planning, workload balancing, and talent optimization * Mentor peers and promote Deloitte’s culture of learning, agility, and business partnership * Facilitate stakeholder communication by translating technical risks into actionable business guidance and reporting to senior leaders Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field * Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, cybersecurity, and/or infrastructure in large-scale environments * Ability to travel 10% on average to support embedded team collaboration across domains Key requirements *
