The person in this role will have a primary responsibility of a desktop technician supporting users in a corporate office in a field location. This includes supporting end user devices in all environments, conference room support, inventory management and onboarding new hires. Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Triage and diagnose user issues which cannot be resolved on the service desk
• Mentor Tier I personnel during problem analysis to improve efficiency of problem resolution and overall knowledge of Service Desk staff
• Assemble and install servers and other equipment within the data center
• Complete tasks assigned in order to accomplish approved application and/or infrastructure change controls
• Collaborate with other IT personnel on technology and support issues
