Senior Solution Architect

Experteer Overview In this role you help shape technical strategies and winning proposals for defense and intelligence opportunities. You collaborate with business development, capture and proposal teams to translate customer needs into innovative, compliant solutions. You will lead technical volumes, craft system designs and roadmaps, and incorporate emerging technologies to stay competitive. This position offers impact on national security programs, scope across DoD/IC markets, and opportunities to influence growth strategies in space defense. Compensation / Benefits * Engage in customer shaping efforts, requirements gathering, and proposal support to design winning solutions * Collaborate with Business Development, Capture, and Proposal teams to align solutions with customer needs and win strategies * Lead development of technical volumes for proposals: writing, reviewing, and editing for RFP compliance * Translate customer objectives into innovative technical solutions within budget and schedule constraints * Conduct market research, identify discriminators, and articulate value propositions * Develop artifacts such as system designs, technical roadmaps, and implementation plans for proposals * Participate in content reviews to ensure alignment with win themes * Research emerging technologies and incorporate them into designs to enhance competitiveness * Lead and write technical proposals, whitepapers, and other collateral to support solutions * Provide responses to RFIs and government surveys; prepare basis of estimates (BOEs) for technical solutions Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; 10+ years of experience (additional experience considered in lieu of degree) * Strong leadership and team-building capabilities * Experience leading technical solutioning with BD and capture teams in defense/intelligence markets * Ability to derive customer solutions that meet objectives within cost and schedule * Ability to interact with SMEs, stakeholders, and technical experts to develop compelling solutions * Understanding of Cybersecurity, System of Systems, Software, and Agile Engineering; familiarity with Digital Engineering, MBSE, DevSecOps, and Cloud Architectures * Active Top Secret Clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI Key requirements * 401K plan with company match * medical coverage * dental coverage * vision coverage * life insurance * paid time off
