The core initiative centers around building an “agentic AI “ solution, meaning AI systems capable of:

• Executing multi-step workflows
• Taking actions across business processes
• Automating seller tasks
• Orchestrating business logic
• Using AI to improve productivity and decision-making

Business-Focused AI Applications

Engineers will likely:

• Build AI-powered workflows
• Develop intelligent assistants for sales teams
• Automate repetitive business tasks
• Integrate LLM functionality into custom applications
• Create domain-specific AI experiences

Product Development

The team is actively developing:

• Front-end experiences
• AI workflow orchestration
• Backend integrations

• Business domain-specific AI capabilities, “We need doers. “ Avoid candidates who are:

• Architects only
• Technical leads only
• Managers
• Strategy-focused without hands-on coding

• OpenAI/Azure OpenAI experience

The hourly rate for this position is between $47.00-51.00 per hour.
