Job description
- Requirements gathering.
- Solution design support.
- SAP configuration.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
- Go-live preparation and support.
- Process documentation.
- Training and knowledge transfer to internal team members., * SAP is already integrated; the focus is implementing basic Embedded EWM within S/4HANA.
- Not pursuing advanced EWM functionality.

Need a senior functional consultant who can:
- Configure SAP correctly.
- Support requirements through go-live.
- Lead UAT activities.
- Document business processes.
- Train and mentor internal resources.
- Bridge communication between business and IT teams.
Full-cycle implementation experience is the highest priority.
This aligns closely with the guidance in, including emphasis on full lifecycle SAP WM implementations, requirements gathering, configuration, testing/UAT, go-live support, and knowledge transfer., Subject matter specialist who will independently maintain, integrate and implement software applications within the organization. In this role, you will:
- conduct strategic software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications.
- Assist with the strategy and technical planning of system/application technology in accordance with internal and external software compliance standards. Independently analyze business requirements and prepare detailed technical specifications to write applications and programs.
- Independently perform advanced and highly complex programming, coding and documentation of systems and applications software.
- Compile and prioritize enhancements and defect resolutions to applications, implementing changes.
- Independently conduct or advise others in technical software testing and debugging of systems and software applications, as needed.
- Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems.
Requirements
- Strong SAP Warehouse Management (WM) experience, specifically with Embedded EWM in S/4HANA.
- Focus is on basic EWM functionality, not advanced warehouse automation or advanced EWM capabilities.
- Experience configuring SAP and aligning solutions to business requirements.
- Ability to document current and future state processes., * Strong communicator who can effectively work across both business and IT teams.
- Able to explain concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Capable of influencing process improvements and driving adoption of new ways of working.
- Sufficient seniority to serve as a trusted advisor and mentor., * Full lifecycle implementation experience is more important than total years of experience.
- Approximately 5+ years of relevant SAP WM/EWM experience is sufficient if the candidate has completed end-to-end implementations.
- Looking for someone hands-on who can contribute immediately within a defined project scope.
- This is a relatively short-term, focused implementation effort.
