Scrum Master

• Agile Facilitation: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring ceremonies are productive, collaborative, and time-boxed.
• Team Support: Identify, track, and actively remove technical, organizational, and interpersonal blockers that may impact team progress.
• Product Owner Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring user stories are clearly defined, estimated, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints.
• Agile Metrics & Reporting: Track and communicate team velocity, burndown/burnup charts, sprint progress, and other Agile metrics to support planning and provide visibility to stakeholders.
• Team Protection: Shield development teams from external distractions, scope creep, and unplanned interruptions during active sprints.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead retrospectives and help teams identify and implement actionable improvements for future sprints.
• Agile Coaching: Promote Agile principles, Scrum practices, and team accountability while encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement.

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support software development teams by facilitating Agile practices, removing impediments, and promoting continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Scrum Master experience, a technical background in software development, and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies., * 3+ years of experience working as a dedicated Scrum Master supporting software development teams.

• Prior experience working as a Software Developer or in a technical IT environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience working directly with software development teams, Product Owners, and technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Agile project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, including XL Deploy and XL Release.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and active-listening skills.
• Ability to influence teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience with customer interaction and working in an IT environment.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity concepts is preferred.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Active Agile certification highly preferred, such as:
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or II)
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• PMP certification preferred.
