Senior Ab Initio ETL Developer

As a Senior Ab Initio ETL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining complex Ab Initio ETL applications and graphs. You will work on developing enterprise-scale ETL solutions, automating data loading processes, and optimizing ETL performance. This role requires expertise in Ab Initio ETL development, Unix/Linux scripting, SQL, data warehousing, and AWS S3., * Design, build, test, and maintain complex Ab Initio ETL applications and graphs

• Develop enterprise-scale ETL solutions and data integration pipelines
• Automate data loading from multiple sources into BI/MI systems
• Build ETL frameworks for audit and data reconciliation
• Perform performance tuning for high-volume data processing
• Automate ETL and data migration jobs using Linux scripting
• Support code migration and Ab Initio lifecycle activities
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Prepare technical documentation and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions
• Ensure compliance with SSA security, privacy, and data management policies

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience, Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or 13+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience in Federal/Public Sector projects preferred
• Agile project experience
• Automated testing, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI)
• Architecture and roadmap development skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Expertise in Ab Initio ETL Development, Ab Initio GDE/Co>Operating System, Express>IT & DQE, ETL/Data Integration, Unix/Linux & Shell Scripting, SQL & Data Mapping, Data Warehousing, AWS S3 & Continuous Flows, ETL Performance Optimization, Data Reconciliation & Audit Frameworks
