Job description

  • PI / Sprint Readiness: Own the can we commit safely? gate; validate scope, dependencies, risks, Definition of Ready, and delivery capacity
  • Architecture Participation & Accountability: Actively participate in architecture activities; work with internal architects and stakeholders to shape solutions, validate design readiness, document decisions, and manage cross team dependencies
  • Offshore Delivery Leadership: Provide execution oversight for India based development and QA teams, ensuring clear handoffs, sequencing, and issue resolution
  • Release Management: Own end to end release readiness, including cutover planning, go live coordination, and post release hypercare
  • SDLC & Audit: Ensure SDLC stage gates, evidence, approvals, and control compliance; lead remediation where gaps exist

Requirements

  • 10+ years in technology delivery leadership roles
  • 5+ years leading offshore (India) development and QA teams
  • Proven release management / production cutover experience
  • Strong experience partnering with enterprise / solution architects on design and solution governance
  • Experience in regulated environments (financial services preferred)
