Job description

Seeking an experienced IT Technical Project Manager to manage multiple concurrent projects across application, infrastructure, and business/technology operations. The role will work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects, manage timelines and risks, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders in a distributed environment., * Manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through implementation and closure.

Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including application, infrastructure, network, database, cybersecurity, and business teams.
Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and drive mitigation and resolution.
Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
Ensure projects remain aligned with agreed timelines, priorities, and organizational standards.
Work effectively across different teams, time zones, and business functions.
Apply appropriate project management approaches, including Agile, Waterfall, and/or Scrum.
Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and other required project artifacts.

Requirements

3-10 years of IT Project Management experience.
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects.
Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Experience managing application/software implementation projects, preferably enterprise business applications such as ERP/SAP.
Exposure to infrastructure, network, database, cybersecurity, or other IT projects.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
Ability to manage changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Desired Skills

PMP/CPM or related project management certification is a plus.
Experience in technology, manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, or other enterprise environments is beneficial.
